3. We create a unique private page for your recipient
4. Before printing your QR card, we send you an email — your last chance to request any changes to your message, photos or music
5. Once the QR card is printed, no further changes can be made
6. Your recipient scans it and experiences your gift — forever

📦 Ships directly to the recipient — add the full name, address, city, country and postal code in the Order Notes at checkout.

🚨 Shipping & Customs: Free worldwide shipping included. Customs duties and import taxes are calculated automatically and paid at checkout — no surprises at delivery.

Cancellations: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16c), personalised products are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. Cancellation is possible only within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at hello@themomentgiftbox.online. After 24 hours, no cancellations are accepted.

Personalisation Changes: You may request changes to your personalisation details (recipient name, message, photos, or music) only before your QR card is printed. Before printing begins, we will send you an email giving you the opportunity to request any final changes. To request a change, simply reply to that email or contact us at hello@themomentgiftbox.online with your order number and the updated details. Once the QR card has been printed, no further changes can be accepted.
