Subscription Policy — Cancellations & Pre-orders

Pre-orders By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase the item(s) once they become available. Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase.

The estimated delivery time is up to 6 months from the start of production. You will be notified by email at every stage of the process.

Free Shipping on Pre-orders All pre-orders of €150 or more include free worldwide shipping. Customs duties and import taxes are calculated automatically and paid at checkout — no surprises at delivery.

Cancellations In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

If you wish to cancel your order before production has started, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@themomentgiftbox.online. Please include your order number in your email.

Changes to Personalisation Details We understand that life changes — and so might your plans. That is why we allow changes to your personalisation details (message, photo, music) at any time before the QR code card is printed.

To request changes, send an email to hello@themomentgiftbox.online with your order number and the details you wish to update.

Before printing begins, we will send you a "Last Chance" email giving you a final opportunity to review and confirm any changes. Once the QR code card has been printed, no further changes can be made.

Changes to Shipping Address or Recipient Details To update your delivery address or recipient information, send an email to hello@themomentgiftbox.online with your order number and the new details. Changes are accepted before your order has been dispatched.
