TERMS OF SERVICE — The Moment
General By placing an order on themomentgiftbox.online, you agree to these Terms of Service. The Moment is operated by Elena Ganeva, based in Patra, Greece.
Products All products are fully personalised and made-to-order. Each order is unique and created specifically for the buyer.
Pricing All prices are in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Orders By completing a purchase, you confirm that all personalisation details provided are accurate. We are not responsible for errors in the information submitted by the customer.
Shipping We ship worldwide. Orders of €150 or more qualify for free worldwide shipping. Customs duties and import taxes are calculated automatically and paid at checkout for all destinations — no surprises at delivery. For orders below €150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds As all products are personalised, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Article 16c). Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
Intellectual Property All content on this website is the property of The Moment and is protected by applicable copyright law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Payment Methods We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are in EUR (€). Payment is charged at the time of order.
Order Process Step 1 — Select your product and fill in personalisation details (message, photo, music). Step 2 — Create an account — required to manage your personalisation details and receive updates about your order. Step 3 — Complete payment via secure checkout. Step 4 — Receive order confirmation by email. Step 5 — Production begins once minimum quantities are reached. Estimated delivery: up to 6 months from production start. Step 6 — Before your QR card is printed, you will receive a "Last Chance" email — your final opportunity to request any changes to your message, photo or music. Step 7 — Receive shipping confirmation with tracking number.
Transaction Security Our store uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Payments are processed via Shopify Payments (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa / Mastercard SecureCode) is applied. We do not store card details.
Personalisation Changes You may request changes to your personalisation details (message, photo, or music) only before your QR card is printed. Before printing begins, we will send you a "Last Chance" email giving you the opportunity to request any final changes. To request a change, simply reply to that email or contact us at hello@themomentgiftbox.online with your order number and the updated details. Once the QR card has been printed, no further changes can be accepted.

Account To manage your personalisation, an account is required at checkout. You will receive all order and personalisation updates via your registered email.
